Want to be an Exchange Student
The application deadline each year is April 1st, for the following school year.

Components of Your Full Application
  1. ONLINE Rotary Youth Exchange Long-Term Program Application (a link will be emailed after submitting the initial Application)
  2. Student’s Letter
  3. Parent’s Letter
  4. Photos
  5. Guarantee Form completed and signed by your local Rotary Club and your local Youth Exchange District Chairman
  6. Medical History and Examination form
  7. Dental Health and Examination form
  8. Rules and Conditions of Exchange
  9. Secondary School Report and Reference
  10. Copy of passport or birth certificate
  11. Copy of school transcripts
  12. Within a month of departure a cerificate from your GP states that "You are Fit to travel"
( The application will not be processed without completed Medical and Dental component)

ROTARY DISTRICT 9600 YOUTH EXCHANGE
Rotary Youth Exchange provides an opportunity of a lifetime for young Australians currently studying Year 9 to 12 to study abroad for the following year.
They’ll spend up to 12 months living and studying in a foreign country, learning a lot about themselves and the culture of their adopted host families.
It’s an amazing, life-changing experience you can give your kids that they will never regret.
