When to use Chubb Assistance (Australian Students Overseas)

You need the following information before you call

- Name
- Policy Name
- Policy Number (04PP005604)
- Contact Number
- Nature of Assistance Required

- Complete relevant section of claim form.
- Scan/email with receipts to District 9600 Chair.
Lost or stolen property: (Reported to police).
- Complete and sign claim form.

If you wish to be paid, the documentation must go to your District 9600 Chair.- The insurer CHUBB only deals with our broker, and not directly with students.
- Your Parents or District Chair have the opportunity to see that you have correctly completed the claim form thereby avoiding delays.
